Resources for healing your body

The vast majority of issues arise from lack of movement and secondarily some kind of injury. It is important to move regularly, stretching and strengthening through activities like walking/hiking, yoga, pilates, swimming, and dance. Even a small increase in movement throughout the day will make a difference. Move in as many different ways as possible, particularly ones that explore and utilize your new range of mobility. If you work a sedentary job or physically demanding one, take lots of breaks, explore dissimilar movements and stretch in the opposite position when not working.
