meet your therapist

Kali specializes in pain relief, posture improvement and injury recovery bodywork. While the mainstay of my practice is structural integration, craniosacral therapy and orthopedic bodywork, I draw on many different modalities to address your needs and goals.

I have over 20 years experience and 1900 hours of training, similar to a Masters degree level of training. I have completed orthopedic bodywork training to care for serious cases safely, as well as a structural integration certification to address complicated postural issues effectively. Additionally, I am trained in craniosacral therapy for nervous system and emotional issues.

While very physical in nature, my practice also holds an emotionally and spiritually healing element to it. Though I can help you along in your healing process, I hope you learn to heal your own body during our journey together.

I am a former gymnast and cyclist. I currently love doing ecstatic dance, qi gong, trail running, hiking, pilates, and yoga.

My studies and practice in organizing have given my a strong understanding of how to support clients, with cultural sensitivity, from many different backgrounds (veterans, low income, differently abled, LGBTQ, BIPOC, religious minorities).

I am licensed in several states, currently practicing in CA (license # 33014) under my legal name, Heather Young.
