structural integration
Structural Integration involves posture and movement assessment. It balances, aligns and improves freedom of movement. SI is a partnership – you will be asked to move to facilitate fascial release. If there are adhesions, the work may be painful, but results are unlike anything you will get from a relaxation massage and long lasting. SI is completed through a 10 series on a weekly or biweekly basis. Wear or bring minimal clothing to wear during your session.
craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy can by supporting the body to heal itself, help with TMJD, migraines, neck pain, back pain, pelvic/sacral pain, post-concussion syndrome, emotional issues that linger in the body, many other conditions, as well as for spiritual insight. I work primarily on what the body tells me it needs in this modality. For the nervous system, it can be the most relaxing bodywork you've ever had. Emotional release and a meditative state are common side effects. It is safe for almost anyone and comfortable for even those that have a low pain tolerance.

orthopedic bodyworkThis massage is great if you are just coming in to work on a specific issue, such as frozen shoulder, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, or headaches. Sometimes you don't know what's wrong, but you are in pain or immobile and want relief. I use varied techniques like deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, facilitated stretching, trigger point therapy and orthopedic tests.
sports bodyworkI love working with athletes at all levels - people who are trying to get back in shape to competitive athletes. I can improve your flexibility and efficiency of movement, reduce pain, and lower the odds of injury or help you recover from injury. After doing a thorough assessment to identify what needs improvement, I primarily use active release combined with myofascial release for sports treatments.
